Break reports

MySQL database started to function oddly during Drupal CMS maintenance. Due to that MySQL restart was tried but it failed to start correctly. When investigating the cause of the problem, incorrect directory permissions (0755) on directory /tmp were found to exist.

Directory permissions were fixed (to 1777) and MySQL database and Apache web server were up and running at 18:41.

The break caused the following sites to be down during the break:

Operating system of entry server shell.hiit.fi will be upgraded to Debian GNU/Linux 8.1 (Jessie)

There's a break in alice.hiit.fi while it's migrated to other network and platform is upgraded to Debian linux 8.1 (Jessie)

Due to the misconfiguration of faramir.it.hiit.fi there was small break in www.reknow.fi and www.hict.fi services.

There is a short break in terae.hiit.fi due to the platform upgrade to Debian Linux version 8.1 (Jessie).
